Care and Support Services
NomadE5 Care and Support services provides a wide range of specialist care and support services that are as individual as the people we support. Our aim is to help vulnerable people (people with mental health problems, learning disabilities and those who are homeless) live independent lives, achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations and become valued and respected members of society.
Our Housing and Support workers take referrals from across the whole of NomadE5, meaning more choice for vulnerable adults.
Thanks to a successful bid for grant funding from the Homes and Communities Agency, NomadE5 can now offer a shared ownership scheme for customers with learning difficulties. We are the first organisation in the North East to receive Housing Association funding of this kind.
