Report your repairs to us. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Care and Support Agreements
We have a range of agreements in place which reflect the different management arrangements with our external support providers.
Every project has the appropriate agreement in place. This ensures that the responsibilities are clearly defined for both NomadE5 and the support provider. The type of agreement depends on the model of housing and support.
Management Agreement
The support provider is responsible for the housing management service, which is monitored by the Care and Support (Projects) team.
Service Level Agreement
Care and Support (Projects) is responsible for the housing management service. A service level agreement is used for long-term support services.
Floating Support Agreement
Care and Support (Projects) is responsible for the housing management service. A floating support agreement is used for short-term support services.
Lease
Properties are leased to the support provider. NomadE5 retains responsibility for planned maintenance and day-to-day repairs only.
