NomadE5 Care and Support services provides a wide range of specialist care and support services that are as individual as the people we support. Our aim is to to help vulnerable people (people with mental health problems, learning disabilities and those who are homeless) live independent lives, achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations and in so doing, becoming valued and respected members of society.
Since we became NomadE5, the range of support services we can offer has grown considerably. We have re-structured the way we work with outside specialist partner agencies that provide support to our customers and our Housing and Support workers now take referrals from across the whole NomadE5 - which all adds up to more choice for vulnerable adults.
Thanks to a successful bid for grant funding from the Housing Corporation, NomadE5 can now offer shared ownership scheme for customers with learning difficulties. We are the first organisation in the North East to receive Housing Association funding of this kind.
