Stefan is a newly-elected Leaseholder Board Member, with an extensive career in the Telecoms Sector in locations from the UK to South Africa. For the last 18 years he worked for Cable and Wireless, in roles that included establishing operations in the North East, to managing UK Field Operations, to Senior Manager for Global Service Strategy and Development.
Stefan, with his previous customer service background, has an exciting interest in decisions which will deliver exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
