Structure

A member of the Isos Group, we are a charitable housing association registered with the Housing Corporation (LH2200) and the Industrial Provident Society (21768). From the 1st December 2008, the current roles and responsibilities of the Housing Corporation will transfer to two newly created organisations: the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).

The HCA will be the single, national housing and regeneration agency for england with an investment budget of over 35 billion per year. It will bring together the functions of the English Partnerships, the Housing Corporation's investment arm, and the Academy for Sustainable Communities as well as some of the delivery functions of the Communities and Local Government.

The TSA will take forward the regulatory functions of the Housing Corporation's work, ensuring for the first time that residents have a say in the work of their housing associations and have access to the best possible services.

The team in charge of the TSA will also have the powers to name and shame poor landlords through improvement notices and move the management of estates to a different landlord.

We are an operational company with its own Board of Management and report to the Group Chief Executive of Isos Housing.

Headed up by Managing Director Alison Stanners, we have over 100 staff based at our Gosforth Park offices, dedicated to providing front-line housing and other related services for all of our 10,000 tenants, leaseholders and shared owners.
