NomadE5 is committed to providing an excellent service to people who are seeking accommodation with us. The follwoing leaflet explains how you apply for a home from us and what we can do to help you through the process.

If you are currently a NomadE5 tenant all of our waiting lists are open to you. Should you wish to apply to transfer to a different area or property please click on the property location guide below.

Due to high demand and low turnover in certain areas some of our lists have been closed to new applicants. Our Waiting Lists are reviewed every six months. Please click on the Property Location guide for new customers.

By law we are unable to offer accommodation to certain people due to their Immigration Status. We can only accept you or a joint applicant onto our waiting list if you/they are a British Citizen and/or have a legal right to housing in the United Kingdom.
