1. How do I register with NomadE5 to go onto the housing list?
If you apply to go on the NomadE5 housing list you will be sent an application form. When you have filled this form in and returned it to us you will be put on the housing waiting list and allocated a number of points dependant on your circumstances. 2. How many points have I been allocated?

3. Rent - What is my current balance?
If you would like to know what your current rent account balance is, contact the Customer Services team on 0191 268 4800, local rate 0845 017 8686 or e-mail them at info@nomade5.co.uk. You will be asked to provide your tenancy reference number, which can be found on your Allpay card or rent statement.
4. Where are you building properties at the moment?
