Why get involved?

Because we need you! You are important to how we deliver and develop our service.

We are committed to the genuine involvement of residents in:

• shaping the day-to-day delivery of services
• the ongoing review of policies and strategies
• our governance
• the development of new homes and services
• regeneration

You all have different needs, which is why we need residents across all communities and age ranges to get involved.

Can I be involved?

Yes! It's up to you how much time you want to give. You can be involved from your armchair at home or by attending meetings with other residents.

We have developed a whole range of interesting, exciting and rewarding ways that enable you to shape our services. Choose a link from the top left of this page to find out more about the activities on offer, or

It costs you nothing

We help our residents to be involved by paying out-of-pocket expenses such as:

• childcare
• transport
• mileage

We also reward you for your time.

Resident involvement strategy

The strategy was developed by the residents' forum and the resident involvement team and is fully endorsed by the NomadE5 board, which has pledged resources to support its delivery.

Please contact the resident involvement team if you are interested in coming so we can include you in our session planning (ie number of chairs and biscuits!). We can tell you what to expect and send you some information about the group and what they have previously discussed and achieved.
