Reporting a repair
Report your repairs to us. We aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Cash For Your Community
The tenant option budget is dedicated to supporting environmental and security improvements or local community initiatives and projects.
If you have a project in mind for your estate or housing scheme, we would like to hear from you.
Examples include:
- Activities for children
- Projects that promote health and wellbeing
- Security lighting
- Garden benches
- A community planting day
The budget cannot be used for things such as:
- Repairs which are the responsibility of NomadE5 or that are already in the planned maintenance schedule
- Works which would change the amount of service charges unless, after consultation, the majority of residents agree with them
- Projects which will only benefit an individual
If you have an idea you want to put forward, you will need to complete an application form, which you can get from your housing officer or resident involvement team or download a form using the link below:

What happens next?
A residents' panel will then look at each application in detail and consider important issues, including whether the project will have a lasting effect on residents, if it is practical or if it will have an impact on the wider community.
Every application will be considered, although smaller, low-cost schemes are more likely to be approved.
When we receive an application we will talk to residents in the area or housing scheme and ask them for their opinion. Before submitting your idea, it would be helpful if you have already discussed the project with your neighbours. You could even ask them to sign the form to say that they support the proposal.
If you have any queries about the tenants' option budget or need help to fill in the form, please contact your housing officer or a member of the resident involvement team.
If you would like to speak with one of the residents' panel members, please contact your resident involvement team and they will be happy to arrange this.
