What is a mutual exchange?

A mutual exchange is when you swap your home with another tenant. This is done by "assigning your tenancy".

You may apply to exchange with another NomadE5 tenant or with a tenant of another landlord. You must get our agreement first, however.

Changing the details of your Tenancy

You may wish to change the details of your tenancy. You may wish to add or remove a joint tenant to or from your tenancy.

It will depend on the type of tenancy you have and the circumstances around your reason for the change to be able to do this. We will ask you to provide us with information about your reason to change and we will consider your request.
