Service charges
For some properties you may be required to pay a service charge in addition to your rent. These charges are for services such as:
- Gardening
- Communal Cleaning
- Lighting
- Caretaking
The details of your service charges will be in your tenancy agreement. You will be given four weeks notice in writing if any changes are to be made. We aim to set charges to reflect the actual costs of the work undertaken.
